If you're finding it hard to switch off at the moment and would love some peace from the noise in your head, this course is for you.​ I have designed this course with overthinking/stress/anxiety in mind. Through attention based training, breathwork and mindfulness techniques, you're going to learn how to claim back your focus, discover inner peace, feel calm and be in the present moment. Choose what you give your attention to.

  • Classes are held LIVE online, weekdays at 7am. Weekend classes are pre-recorded so you can fit them in at a time that works ​for you.
